Statement of Purposes

(a) First and foremost, we are committed to providing opportunities for the leadership training of Christian pastors and church leaders in Africa for whom a formal bible college or seminary education is largely inaccessible. Our primary goal is to enhance the ministry effectiveness of God’s laborers in a diversity of working contexts.

(b) Secondly, we seek to develop certain levels of independence and self-sufficiency in select target countries or regions by training competent nationals who are able to continue this teaching ministry among subsequent generations of indigenous pastors and leaders.

(c) We work to provide God’s workers with basic study materials--Bibles, commentaries, and other study resources—in audio/video/printed/electronic forms to further their understanding of His Word.

(d) We aim to support the continuing education of pastors and other leaders in Christian ministry by establishing strategically placed learning centers equipped with materials and media technology.

(e) We strive to furnish financial support for pastors and other Christian workers in particularly difficult circumstances.

(f) We act to improve the quality of life of pastors and other leaders in need of medical assistance and services by attaching qualified health professionals to the ministry’s educational outreach activities.

(g) Finally, we endeavor to communicate by word and personal example the gospel of Jesus Christ and the advancement of the Great Commission throughout the continent of Africa.
